SP-Indonesia.com, Indonesia – Personnel from the Kodim 0317/TBK conducted the Territorial Technical Training (LATNISTER) for the 2026 Fiscal Year at the Kodim Headquarters Hall on Tuesday (May 5, 2026) at 8:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time.
This activity aimed to test and improve the capabilities of Territorial Command Apparatus (Apkowil) in dealing with the dynamics of tasks in their assigned areas.
From the beginning of the training, the atmosphere was serious and focused. Dozens of personnel intensively participated in the material, from in-depth exploration of territorial guidance functions to simulations of handling problems in the field.
The officer leading the activity emphasized that LATNISTER is not just a routine activity, but a vital part of maintaining the professionalism of soldiers.
“This training serves as a benchmark for capability and a means of evaluation for each Apkowil to ensure a thorough understanding of their duties in the region,” he said.
The material presented is structured around real-world challenges, and is expected to improve speed, accuracy, and coordination in every action.
In addition to theory, participants are also tested through simulations that emphasize decision-making in real-world situations.
At the end of the activity, there was a visible increase in personnel’s understanding and readiness to carry out regional duties. LATNISTER 2026 demonstrates Kodim 0317/TBK’s commitment to developing professional, responsive, and adaptive soldiers to future challenges.
